Short answer: almost anything!

From online learning, teaching and training materials, right through to personal social media blogs and articles, marketing communications through to advertisements, PR pieces, flyers and leaflets; restaurant menus to technical manuals and online sales descriptions and sales copy; college and university prospectuses to textbook contents and marcomms;
