I also hold a first-class BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature, gained after studying for six-years part-time with The Open University around a full-time, in-house role and raising a family. I also hold a Diploma in the English Language (Dip ELS) and a Certificate in the Humanities (Cert Hums).

In addition to the usual editorial tasks such as copyediting, writing and proofreading, learned how to mark up copy in MS Word for Media Assistants (MAs) to transfer to the relevant online platform using the university’s xml software.
